Job summary

The Vortex Companies, LLC seeks a CIPP Superintendent to supervise crews on pipe rehabilitation projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across all phases. Work with Fleet Director and Project Manager to plan installations, diagnose equipment, and coordinate field teams.

80% overnight travel is expected in a fast-paced environment requiring strong communication and organization. A high school diploma, 5+ years supervisory construction experience, CDL eligibility, and MS Office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of construction supervisory experience.
• Experience installing 8”-48”+ CIPP liner preferred.
• MS Office knowledge and field safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate crew engaged in pipe rehabilitation projects.
• Diagnose and repair equipment failures with Fleet Director.
• Assist Project Manager in developing an installation plan.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and work is performed as planned.
• Maintain a clean, secure job site and report time/production.
• Account for crew hours to minimize labor costs.
