Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in construction supervisory role.
• Experience with pipe rehabilitation projects and CIPP liner preferred.
• Ability to plan, supervise, and communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers on pipe rehabilitation projects.
• Diagnose equipment failures with Fleet Director support and repair as needed.
• Develop installation plans with Project Manager and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and manage daily yard activities.
• Report crew time and production for work schedules and budgeting.
