Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated Lead Chiropractor for Fort Worth, TX. This full-time role emphasizes delivering high-quality, routine chiropractic care in a convenient retail setting, enabling you to focus on improving patients’ lives.

Compensation starts at $80,000–$85,000 with growth potential to $100k, plus benefits including health insurance and retirement options. You will work a Tue–Sat schedule and contribute to a member-focused care model.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam).
• Eligible for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.
