Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is hiring a Part-time Chiropractor in Fort Worth, TX to provide high-volume, full-spine care in a walk-in setting. You will educate patients, build trusting relationships, and ensure a positive experience from entry to discharge.

Expect a 2–3 day workweek with base pay of $35–$40/hour and performance-based incentives as the clinic grows. Texas license required and prior high-volume experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Chiropractic License
• Experience in high-volume chiropractic care preferred
• Comfortable treating 50–60+ patients per day
• Growth-minded, coachable, and comfortable working within an established system

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, efficient full-spine chiropractic care in a high-volume walk-in environment
• Take the time to listen to patients, understand their goals, and help them understand how chiropractic care can support their health and wellness
• Educate patients on their care recommendations and the importance of consistency and long-term wellness
• Build genuine, trusting relationships that encourage patients to stay committed to their care
• Create a positive patient experience from the moment a patient walks through the door
• Partner closely with the Wellness Coordinator to ensure patients feel welcomed, informed, and supported
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture
