Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Lead Chiropractor to join our Arlington, TX team in a part-time capacity. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in a streamlined, accessible setting, allowing you to focus on routine chiropractic care and improving lives.

As the leading chiropractic provider, you will examine patients, perform spinal adjustments, educate on treatment plans, and maintain accurate records while supporting membership conversations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• NBCE Parts I–IV passing scores (or recent SPEC exam).
• Eligible for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.
