Job summary

HealthSource Chiropractic is seeking a Lead Doctor of Chiropractic/Clinic Director to provide direct patient care and help lead the clinic toward ongoing growth. You will oversee consultation, diagnosis, adjustments, and education while maintaining documentation and patient progress tracking.

The role includes metrics, wellness membership growth, and community outreach. Schedule is Monday–Friday with possible evenings or weekends, offering leadership responsibilities and long-term development.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree and Virginia licensure required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of chiropractic experience.
• Strong manual adjusting skills including Diversified and side-posture adjusting.
• Comfort with neurological assessment, orthopedic testing, diagnostic X-rays, E-Stim, and ultrasound.
• Must be eligible for malpractice coverage in Virginia and plan to relocate to the area.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and lead the clinic toward growth.
• Conduct patient consultations and evaluations with chiropractic diagnosis.
• Perform manual adjustments and review X-rays as appropriate.
• Provide care recommendations and patient education; maintain accurate documentation.
• Track patient-management metrics and support wellness membership growth.
• Lead weekly staff training and assist in community outreach and marketing.
