Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree and Virginia licensure required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of chiropractic experience.
• Strong manual adjusting skills including Diversified and side-posture adjusting.
• Comfort with neurological assessment, orthopedic testing, diagnostic X-rays, E-Stim, and ultrasound.
• Must be eligible for malpractice coverage in Virginia and plan to relocate to the area.

Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Doctor of Chiropractic/Clinic Director to provide direct patient care while helping lead the clinic toward continued growth. Responsibilities include patient consultation and evaluation, chiropractic diagnosis, manual adjusting, X-ray review when appropriate, care recommendations, patient education, accurate documentation, and monitoring patient progress.

The role also includes tracking key patient-management metrics, supporting wellness membership growth, participating in community outreach and marketing, and helping lead weekly staff training. The clinic maintains a higher-volume workflow supported by an established team and comprehensive EHR. Schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, with some evening or weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is self-driven, teachable, team-oriented, and able to communicate confidently with patients and staff.

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college and current Virginia licensure.

• Strong manual adjusting skills, including Diversified and side-posture adjusting; computerized adjusting experience is valued.

Other Information

Compensation is $95,001 and above. Benefits include PTO, company-paid CEUs, company-paid malpractice insurance, and continuous clinical and business training. The position offers immediate leadership responsibility and long-term growth potential. This position is with an independently owned HealthSource Chiropractic franchise. If hired, the franchisee will be the employer and will determine the applicable terms of employment, compensation, and benefits.
