Job summary

Montech Inc. seeks a Contracting Team Lead to oversee the U.S. DOI BIA Red Lake child welfare contract on-site in Minnesota. You will act as the primary accountability point, ensuring SOP compliance and federal standards while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

The role requires MSW, 5+ years in child welfare, and 2 years supervising, with preferred experience in tribal communities and ICWA, and a commitment to staff well-being and training.

Qualifications

• MSW from CSWE-accredited program.
• 5+ years of child protection or child welfare experience, including 2 years supervising.
• Experience with tribal communities and ICWA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all contract personnel and balances caseloads in coordination with the BIA Social Services Program Manager.
• Provides regular case consultation to field workers and remains available for high-risk decisions.
• Performs first-level quality review of intakes, safety and risk assessments, and court reports.
• Tracks performance, reduces backlogs, and prepares Monthly Status and Performance Reports.
