Job summary

Montech Inc. seeks a Contracting Team Lead to oversee the DOI/BIA child welfare contract workforce. This on-site leadership role focuses on supervision, performance monitoring, onboarding, and stakeholder coordination to ensure compliant, high-quality services for children and families within the Red Lake Nation.

The position requires MSW and 5+ years of相关 experience, with emphasis on tribal communities and ICWA knowledge.

Qualifications

MSW from a CSWE-accredited program.
At least 5 years of child protection or child welfare experience.
2 years supervising child welfare staff.
Experience with tribal communities and ICWA preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervises contract personnel and balances caseloads with the BIA Social Services Program Manager.
Provides regular case consultation to Administrative Support/Intake Workers, Response Workers, and Child Welfare Case Workers.
Reviews intakes, safety and risk assessments, and court reports for completeness and compliance.
Tracks performance and backlogs, and prepares monthly status and performance reports.
Escalates critical incidents and coordinates with law enforcement and tribal court partners.
Oversees onboarding and training for new personnel.
Manages emergency placement cards, including reconciliation.
Leads transition planning and on-call rotation to cover staffing gaps.
