Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Cheshire, CT seeks a Lead Teacher to work with families and educators in a nurturing home-away-from-home environment. You will ensure safety for children 6 weeks to 12 years, and apply NAEYC-aligned curricula.

You will partner with families to tailor plans, help children grow, and communicate progress. Full-time role with competitive benefits and a childcare discount. No evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in ECE or related field.
• CDA credential, Head Teacher certification, or 12 ECE credits.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities
