Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Requires an Associate/Bachelor/Advanced Degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA or related fields.
• Knowledge of Virginia licensing regulations (as applicable).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and ProCare/childcare management software.

Responsibilities

• Mentor childcare assistants and model best practices.
• Develop lesson plans based on the ELM curriculum.
• Support health, safety, and nutritional procedures and daily records.
