Job summary

Highland Rivers Behavioral Health in Georgia seeks a Lead Behavioral Health Therapist to provide assessments and individual/family/group therapy for children, youth, and families in Apex and outpatient settings.

You will partner with schools and community partners to identify needs, conduct evaluations, and optimize billing while maintaining compliance. Leadership includes supervision of interns and staff under the C&A Director.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral healthcare field.
• Active Georgia LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure required.
• 1 year of experience with child/adolescent population.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health assessments and therapy (individual, family, group) for Apex program.
• Collaborate with schools and community partners to identify referrals.
• Lead treatment meetings and supervise interns/volunteers.
• Maintain documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
