Job summary

You will supervise maintenance, ensure safety compliance, coordinate with leadership and inspectors, and maintain readiness for Secret-level clearance.

Qualifications

• Certifications in equipment operations.
• Five (5) or more years of supervisory experience in physical plant and building operations, including power plants for large facilities.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Must hold one of: AFE Operating Professional Engineer, US Coast Guard Third Assistant Engineer License, or US State Stationary Engineer License.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical plant and building operations, including power plants supporting large facilities.
• Supervise engineering and maintenance personnel with responsibility for daily operations, troubleshooting, and long-term planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and technical standards.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and operation of critical building systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with leadership, contractors, and inspectors on operational requirements and facility support.
• Maintain readiness to operate within a facility requiring Secret-level clearance.
