Cognizant seeks a Scientific Informatics Lead to drive chemistry ELN and data management platforms across discovery and development. You will translate complex workflows into scalable, user-friendly capabilities, leveraging Dotmatics ELN or similar systems, with platform leadership and end-to-end ownership.
The role requires chemistry domain expertise, experience with ELN platforms, data integrations, and regulatory-aligned data management.
Competenze
- Strong domain knowledge in medicinal, synthetic, process chemistry or discovery research.
- Hands-on experience configuring ELN/workflows and performing functional testing.
- Experience gathering requirements and managing controlled releases.
Mansioni
- Lead requirements discovery for chemistry experiments, reactions, compounds, samples, inventory, analytical results, and reporting.
- Translate workflows into user stories, specs, data mappings and acceptance criteria.
- Provide senior oversight for ELN configuration, workflow design, testing, deployment, defect resolution, and user support.
- Design experiment and reaction capture, chemical structure management, stoichiometry, and data traceability workflows.
- Guide integrations with compound registration, inventory, assay and analytical systems.
