Qualifications

• A Degree in Chemistry or related discipline with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Shift supervision or management experience preferred.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and audit familiarity.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day and long-range team activities.
• Review and update maintenance and calibration procedures.
• Implement client scope of services and ensure programs followed.
• Manage contractor specifications, issues, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Track, evaluate, and report performance metrics (quality, safety, cost, satisfaction).
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop new methods and improve processes.
• Coach team members and lead by example across disciplines.
