Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of semiconductor component cleaning and restoration processes.
• Strong understanding of chemical processing, wet chemistry operations, and contamination control.
• Ability to understand and maintain complex chemical recipes and process parameters.
• Knowledge of quality systems, process documentation, and manufacturing controls.
• Experience reviewing and approving production documentation and test results.
• Ability to recognize process abnormalities and implement corrective actions.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and influence others without direct supervisory authority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems.
• Experience collecting, interpreting, and documenting SPC data.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Advanced chemical cleaning, stripping, etching, decontamination, coating prep, and restoration for semiconductor chamber components.
• Operate and troubleshoot multiple wet process systems with minimal supervision.
• Maintain chemical tank chemistries per approved specifications.
• Conduct bath analysis, process checks, and chemistry adjustments for control.
• Execute specialized cleaning methods for customer-specific and tech-sensitive products.
• Provide technical guidance and support for onboarding and qualification of new technicians.
