Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a Chemical Operator Lead to oversee blending and bottling of lab supply reagents. You will issue daily assignments, coordinate workflow, and ensure safe, accurate production aligned with quality standards and schedules.

You will guide bottling personnel, maintain production records, and collaborate with other departments to meet on-time delivery and client requirements while upholding safety procedures and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years blending or formulation experience with hazardous materials.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily blending and bottling activities for Lab Supply, ensuring safety and procedures.
• Prioritize work from sales orders and the 120 Report to set daily assignments.
• Direct production flow to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, materials, and workflow for daily goals.
• Monitor operations, verify records and paperwork for accuracy.
• Provide guidance and training while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Identify and resolve production, equipment, material, or scheduling issues.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety requirements.
• Communicate status and needs to leadership and other departments.
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas.
