Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing activities to ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and room transfers; communicate with families and funeral homes as needed.
• Monitor staffing levels, conduct evaluations, and support supervision of nurse aides and trainees.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes; ensure care plans are followed and updated.
