Job summary

CommUnityCare seeks a Nurse Manager-Operations to lead the clinical support staff on a busy unit. You will assign work, prioritize tasks, review timecards and time off, coach staff, and partner with NMO, PL, and HR to maintain high standards of care and staff development.

You will perform NMO duties in absence of the NMO, drive process improvement, guide Charge Nurses, oversee unit flow and patient scheduling, and ensure compliant documentation, licensure maintenance and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum one year experience in nursing.
• Unrestricted RN license (state varies).
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned nursing staff and form schedules, timecards, and leave requests.
• Perform Nurse Manager-Operations duties in absence of NMO.
• Support process improvement initiatives and staff development.
• Coach and mentor Charge Nurse I and clinical staff.
• Ensure unit flow, patient scheduling and care delivery meet standards.
