Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a Set-Up Technician to set up and change over bag making equipment to support the production team. You will collaborate with maintenance to improve processes and repair techniques when not setting up, ensuring changes are completed efficiently.

The Set-Up Technician will be responsible for setting up and changing over bag making equipment in order to support the production team. The Set-Up Technician will also be responsible for working with the maintenance team to improve existing processes and repair techniques when no set-ups are in their scope of work for the day.

Education: High School Diploma.
Experience: 5+ years in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of food processing or packaging.
Specific skills: Ability to work safety and effectively with minimal supervision.
Equipment & Machinery: Knowledge of electrical wiring, controls, plc, knowledge of mechanical systems including bearings, shafts, rollers, pneumatics.
Computer Experience & Software: Experience with Allen Bradley Logix/Studio 5000 & Oracle WMS
Work Environment: Manufacturing Plant. Climate Controlled.
