Job summary

Inland Family Support Services, Inc. is seeking a Lead CFS Staff to guide a team serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families across the Inland Empire.

The role emphasizes person-centered services, family support, community inclusion, and staff development. You will lead, train, and mentor CFS staff while maintaining a caseload, supporting complex cases, and ensuring documentation quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
• Ability to pass background and employment clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to CFS staff.
• Maintain an assigned caseload and support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
• Support complex cases and help resolve service barriers.
• Review documentation and support program quality and compliance.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and staff development.
• Connect families with community resources and services.
• Support IPPs and person-centered service delivery.
• Collaborate with families, Inland Regional Center, service coordinators, and community partners.
• Promote independence, self-advocacy, choice, and meaningful community participation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• - Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Social Work, -Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or related field
• - 3+ years of experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities
• - 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• - Valid California Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• - Ability to travel throughout the service area, Riverside and San Bernardino County
• - Ability to successfully complete required background and employment clearances

Preferred Experience with:

• - Coordinated Family Support (CFS)
• - Knowledge on Inland Regional Center or Regional Center-funded services
• - ILS/SLS or other developmental disability services
• - IPPs and community resource navigation
• - Staff training, mentoring, or documentation review
• - Individuals with complex medical, behavioral, or social support needs
