The role requires 1 year CST experience with certification, BCLS within 30 days, and a diploma or certificate in surgical technology, with day shift coverage and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical graduate of Surgical Technician program
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Responsibilities

• Leading surgical suite preparation by organizing instruments, equipment, and supplies to support safe, efficient procedures
• Assisting with patient positioning, prepping, and transport while maintaining comfort, safety, and privacy
• Supporting the surgical team during procedures by anticipating needs and providing instruments and supplies
• Guiding and mentoring Surgical Technologists and sharing updates on processes, equipment, and best practices
• Maintaining sterile technique, performing counts, and ensuring a safe, organized environment for patients and staff

Job Summary and Qualifications

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading surgical suite preparation by organizing instruments, equipment, and supplies to support safe, efficient procedures
