The Lead Certified Medical Assistant will lead a team of CMAs, providing day-to-day guidance and mentorship to deliver an excellent patient experience across multiple specialties.

Qualifications

• Certified CMA with credentialing body.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as medical assistant.
• Current BCLS/AED certification.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic).
• Experience in front desk workflows.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to diversity and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and staff; prepare patients for visits and rooming.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures; perform phlebotomy and point-of-care tests.
• Manage patient flow and EMR documentation; coordinate scheduling and referrals.
