Job summary

Candidates must meet CBSPD/IAHCSMM certification requirements, hold a high school diploma, and have related sterile processing experience. Training will be provided and safety protocols must be followed at all times.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead technician responsibilities and supervise CST I staff.
• Train staff and document training progress.
• Perform decontamination, preparation, packaging, and sterilization of instruments.
• Operate sterilization equipment and ensure instrument readiness.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment following infection control practices.
• Manage inventory and distribution of sterile supplies.
