Job summary

Responsibilities include training CST I staff, ensuring quality, maintaining inventory, and following infection prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in sterile processing and instrument reprocessing.
• Certification in sterile processing (CBSPD/IAHCSMM) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent with science/maths background.

Responsibilities

• Lead technician duties and supervise CST I staff.
• Perform decontamination, cleaning, sterilization, packaging, and storage of instruments.
• Maintain inventory and assist in distribution of supplies and implants.
• Contribute to department quality and infection prevention efforts.
• Document training progress and staff competency.
