Qualifications

• CDA certification required.
• Appropriate state licensure.
• CPR and first aid certifications.
• Proven experience as Center Director.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal childcare laws.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities meet safety requirements at local, state, and federal levels.
• Collaborate with staff to develop compliant curriculum.
• Screen, interview, and hire suitable employees.
• Provide orientation and supervise teaching practices.
• Manage finances, budgets, and tuition tracking.
• Conduct meetings with parents to discuss concerns.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are stocked.
