Qualifications

• New construction / capital expenditure developmental experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple cemeteries and communicate work, quality, and safety expectations.
• Manage grounds keeping, landscaping, seasonal plantings, and maintain a manicured appearance.
• Coordinate staff schedules, reduce overtime, and build relationships with local authorities.
• Source and select vendors; procure and maintain inventory; review invoices; maintain equipment.
• Develop annual operating and personnel budgets; plan for equipment replacement.
