Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Cement Plant Supervisor in New York to oversee safe, consistent production of cement, clinker, and raw mix. You will monitor plant process systems from a central location and supervise field staff, ensuring quality adherence and strong labor relations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in cement manufacturing or related industry, with MS Office proficiency and a preferred technical field background.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Technical field/ mechanical/ electrical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all subordinates are working and promoting safety at all times.
• Oversees consistent production of all cement, clinker and raw mix within established quality guidelines.
• Monitors all plant process systems and related auxiliary equipment from a central location.
• Provides field supervision, maintains good labor relations, develops subordinates.
• Optimizes equipment utilization in cooperation with the process and maintenance departments.
