Responsibilities

• Lead CDL Driver safely transports hazardous and non-hazardous waste while leading a small team of drivers.
• Operate CDL vehicles and related equipment to support waste transportation needs.
• Oversee daily route execution and ensure safe, efficient work practices.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections; maintain vehicle readiness.
• Ensure DOT and environmental compliance during all hauling activities.
• Complete accurate manifests and required logs.
• Train, mentor, and support drivers to maintain performance and safety standards.
• Coordinate with dispatch and field crews to align pickups and service needs.
• Assist with emergency spill response as required.
