Thermo Fluids in Gillette, WY, part of Clean Harbors, is seeking a Utility Driver/Driver Lead to cover routes and mentor peers. You will perform safe, on-time oil pickups and waste transport using Class B/Tanker trucks.

Qualified candidates hold a Class B CDL (Class A preferred) and can obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. Travel, training duties, and a proven safety record are required, with competitive wages and benefits. Join a growth‑oriented team with opportunities across North America.

Qualifications

• CDL required and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements upon hire.
• Prior route service driving experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel and mentor other drivers.
• Strong communication and attention to detail required.

Responsabilités

• Health and safety is the top priority by following safe work practices.
• Provide safe, friendly, on-time customer service.
• Pickup waste oil at customer locations using Class B Tanker Truck and delivery vehicles.
• Mentor and train other drivers.
• Prepare waste loads for shipment to Oil Terminals.
• Serve as backup driver to cover routes when needed.
• Ensure waste/oil is stored safely and properly.
• Visit and service 8+ customers per day.
