Qualifications

• 10 or more years’ experience in Contact Center and UC environments.
• 5 or more years of NICE CXone software development experience.
• Experience creating a roadmap and enterprise-level CCaaS architecture.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior consultants and support technical documentation.
