Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations involving border security enforcement programs, including anti-terrorism, anti-smuggling, anti-fraud, contraband, and related enforcement efforts.
• Use operational data, program reviews, trend information, and other evaluation methods to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Supervise subordinate supervisors and staff, set priorities, assign work, evaluate performance, and coordinate with CBP, DHS and external partners.
