Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverage items, adhering to HACCP/OSHA standards and portion control.
• Directs sanitation and safety of the facility and associates in line with company standards and regulations.
• Helps onboard and train associates; may conduct pre-service meetings.
• Handles cash and completes daily/weekly/monthly reports, including inventory and production records.
• Resolves customer concerns and responds to guest needs.
