Job summary

Eurest is hiring immediately for catering attendant positions at Northwestern Mutual in Milwaukee. You will deliver and serve food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain, set up and break down the event area, and ensure a neat, safe service space.

Qualifications

• Catering background, fine dining experience, and/or banquet/buffet service experience required.
• Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Arranges tables and decorations.
• Buffet tables arranged with food, beverages and service items per standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Thoroughly cleans location after event completion.
• Return food, beverages, and equipment to the catering facility.
• Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
• Stocks, cleans, and maintains catering facility and equipment.
• Maintain friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of complete menu and products on hand.
• Follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.
