The Lead Catering Assistant role serves as the primary contact for customers for questions and problems and provides limited supervision as assigned. This role ensures that the quality of food being delivered and presentation meets standards and assists leader with month-end reporting.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • License/Certifications: N/A.
  • Experience: Three months experience in a restaurant environment required.
