Job summary

MaineHealth in Portland, ME seeks a Patient Services Support Technician II to transport patients and equipment, stock and maintain supplies. As a lead, you will provide leadership and support through training and daily assignment scheduling, ensuring equipment and supplies are available.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and current BLS certification or eligibility within 30 days. Previous experience as a Technician I is expected.

Summary

The Patient Services Support Technician II role is responsible for transporting patients and equipment and the stocking and general maintenance of certain equipment and supplies. As a lead this position will provide leadership and support through training, daily assignment scheduling and ensuring that equipment and supplies are available.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • License/Certifications: Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • Experience: Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Patient Services Support Technician I role.
