Job summary

SupportFinity™ is looking for a Manager on their Centralized Insights & Analytics team based in New York. This role involves supporting the Category Analytics & Strategy function for brands such as Harry’s and Flamingo, focusing on performance reporting and understanding business drivers.

You will engage with multiple teams, lead projects, and provide mentorship to peers, driving growth opportunities through data analysis. Competitive salary range from $135,000 to $150,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in an analytical, data-driven role; 2+ years in management consulting or investment banking preferred.
• Experience with advanced modeling and impactful presentations.
• Must be a self-starter, managing projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the Category Analytics & Strategy function.
• Report on key changes in the business and drive internal projects.
• Examine macro market trends, category, shopper, and competitive performance.
