Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking a Lead Casino Cleaning Attendant to supervise cleaning and maintenance operations across shifts. The role requires at least 1 year of EVS cleaning experience, plus strong communication and computer skills.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with a 10:00 pm–6:30 am shift. Benefits begin Day 1 and include medical, dental, & vision coverage, tuition assistance, Lindenwood University discounts, and diversity scholarships for team members’ children.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience as cleaner in EVS or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer applications skills.
• Good knowledge of cleaning procedures.
• Physically mobile with ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform duties in varying conditions.

As a Lead Casino Cleaning Attendant , you will:

Pay: $18.00 per hour | Shift: 10:00 pm-6:30 am

• Supervise all cleaning and maintenance operations and department personnel during assigned shifts.
• Supervise the cleaning, follow up of maintenance, and repair of all facilities and equipment.
• Contribute and assist in the evaluation of employee performance reviews.
• Provide and administer all new hire training.
• Maintain key control.
• Be involved with the scheduling, disciplinary actions, payroll and inventory, and purchasing procedures, but not solely responsible.
• Be accountable for follow through with department walk through, special cleaning projects, and the maintaining of departmental cleanliness standards.

• Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience as cleaner in EVS or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer applications skills.
• Good knowledge of cleaning procedures.
• Length of time in position to become proficient.
• Highly successful performance review.
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
