Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Night Supervisor for Environmental Services at Hollywood Casino & Hotel. You will oversee cleaning and maintenance during the 10:00 pm–6:30 am shift, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of cleanliness.

The role requires at least one year in EVS, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, including day-one medical coverage and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience as cleaner in EVS or equivalent.

• Supervise all cleaning and maintenance operations and department personnel during assigned shifts.
• Supervise the cleaning, follow-up of maintenance, and repair of all facilities and equipment.
• Contribute and assist in the evaluation of employee performance reviews.
• Provide and administer all new hire training.
• Maintain key control.
• Be involved with scheduling, payroll and inventory, and purchasing procedures.
• Be accountable for follow-through with department walk-through, special cleaning projects, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Pay: $18.00 per hour | Shift: 10:00 pm-6:30 am

• Length of time in position to become proficient.
• Highly successful performance review.
