Customer service leadership is a core expectation for this role. You will follow SOPs, help maintain plan‑o‑grams, assist in merchandising, and support team members to maximize profitability and satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, percentages).
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and cashier accountability.
• Ability to operate IBM cash register functions.
• Knowledge of safety, cash control, and security practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Understanding of safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to read and follow plan‑o‑gram guidance.

Aufgaben

• Unload trucks and open cartons per store procedures.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; build displays and plan‑o‑grams.
• Assist customers in locating items and provide customer service leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and a safe shopping environment.
• Operate cash register, process payments, and bag items.
• Provide cashier accountability and assist in cash handling when needed.
• Open/close the store under direction of Area Manager.
