Job Summary
Oversees the frontline in the absence of the Front End Manager, coaching and developing team members to ensure excellent member service. Responsible for monitoring, driving membership and member experience goals, and ensuring efficient processing of member requests.

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities
- Supervise front-line staff in the absence of the Front End Manager.
- Model and coach excellent member service and drive membership metrics.
- Perform front-end responsibilities, including POS transactions and member assistance.
- Manage checkout lanes and assist with technical issues.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, and maintain attendance standards.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Membership, sales, or cashier experience preferred.
- Basic math skills required.
Environmental Conditions
- Frequent movement, lifting up to 30 pounds, occasional heavier lifting.
- Indoor environment with occasional exposure to cleaning agents and temperature variations.
