Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty and shrink.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests and personalizing recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges with courtesy.
• Pair guests with a specialist for makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations to drive sales.
