Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and sales mindset with proven ability to meet goals.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and devices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, loyalty, and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products/services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with accuracy and courtesy.
• Pair guests with associates for makeup applications and demonstrations to drive sales and experience.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train associates in cashiering tasks.
