Job summary

Event Network, LLC seeks a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional guest service, master the register system, and manage opening and closing procedures.

This role supports returns, price overrides, and special transactions while partnering with the Store Director to drive sales and guest satisfaction. You will contribute to team development, uphold e|n standards, and help maintain a clean, safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest service in a retail setting.
• Ability to operate the register system and process returns and price overrides.
• Experience opening and closing assigned registers.
• Strong teamwork and communication with Store Director and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide optimal guest service and meet guest needs promptly.
• Master the register system and handle returns, price overrides, and special transactions.
• Open and close assigned registers and ensure cash handling accuracy.
• Resolve guest service issues in partnership with Store Director.
• Support merchandising, housekeeping, and store presentation as directed.
• Foster a positive team environment and uphold e|n standards.
