Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring a Customer Service Cashier to process merchandise and fuel transactions at one of our travel centers.

You will lead a shift of 1–2 cashiers, handle cash/credit/debit, complete reports, ensure compliance with company policies, and deliver great guest experiences. Pay begins at $11.95–$16.95 per hour with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of 1–2 cashiers to process all types of cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies on restricted merchandise (alcohol, tobacco).
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Deliver quality guest service and resolve guest issues per company processes.
• Assist with other travel center functions as needed.
