Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service and pair guests with associates for makeup applications and demonstrations.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Lead cashiering activities and assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures to ensure guest-readiness.
• Adhere to store policies, procedures, and dress code.
