Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe's customer service policies and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Processes sales transactions, returns, and refunds at the register according to guidelines.
• Cashes out, bagging, and prepares register area at shifts' start/end.
• Maintains store cleanliness, safety, and security, including monitoring for shoplifting indicators.
