Blain’s Farm & Fleet is hiring for a Head Cashier in Michigan. The role includes reconciling cash register receipts, payroll data, and performing duties of a Retail Cashier and Customer Care Desk Clerk.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
• Able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• The Head Cashier would reconcile cash register receipts and prepare bank transactions.
• Fill the registers with change
• Balance the store safe
• Transport of reserve money to and from the bank
• Reconcile reserve money
• Order and maintain store office supplies
• Balance DNR receipts
• Complete and file required paperwork
• Manage Gift Registry and assist customers
• Help in other departments as assigned
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures
