Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a Front End Supervisor to ensure the front end operates smoothly and that staff have the tools needed to deliver exceptional service at checkout and throughout the store.

You will lead by example, monitor customer flow, assist cashiers, and keep lines moving to minimize wait times while maintaining a welcoming shopping experience for customers exiting the store.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.

• Proactively approach customers, assist them in locating products, and answer any questions they have.
• Promptly respond to assist cashiers to meet customer needs quickly and efficiently.
• Monitor customer flow and traffic patterns throughout the store, manage the right number of open lanes and run registers as necessary to reduce customer wait time.
