Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Gainesville, VA is seeking a customer-service oriented individual to keep the front end running smoothly and to empower teammates with the tools needed to serve shoppers effectively.

You will engage customers proactively, assist with locating products, and coordinate with cashiers to minimize wait times, while enjoying comprehensive benefits and opportunities in a values-driven, mission-oriented workplace.

In this position, you’ll ensure the Front End operates smoothly and employees have the tools and resources needed to provide incredible service to customers exiting the store.
